4 tbsp peanut butter
4 tbsp vinegar
4 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp raw sugar
3 tsp garlic, minced
1 1/2 tbsp ginger, minced
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper

Recipe Directions for Thai Peanut Stir-Fry Sauce

Stir together all ingredients. Heat over medium-low heat. Stir into tofu and vegetable stir-fry before serving.
