Peanutty Thai goodness - NOT gluten free because there is soy sauce in the Yoshida sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Thai Peanut Stir Fry

8 oz rice noodles
10 oz broccoli
8 oz water chestnuts
14 oz tofu
1/2 cup Yoshida Sauce
1/4 cup peanut butter

Recipe Directions for Thai Peanut Stir Fry

  1. Boil water. Place rice noodles in water and turn off. Allow to soak until cooked then drain.

  2. Cut tofu into bite sized pieces. Saute in large pan. Add broccoli and water chestnuts, cover and cook on medium until they are up to temp.

  3. Mix together peanut butter and yoshida sauce in microwave safe bowl and microwave stirring every 30 minutes until peanut butter is mixed in.

  4. Add noodles and peanut butter sauce to pan of veggies, mix and serve.
