2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
2 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons peanut oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon hot chili sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1/2 cup boiling water
