hot peanut egg noodles with sno peas, red pepper, and cilantro

Recipe Ingredients for Thai Peanut Noodles

16 ounce egg noodles
1 red pepper
1 cup sno peas
2 scallions
1/2 cup cilantro, fresh
1/10 garlic clove
2 tbs sweet chili sauce
2 tbs lime juice
2 tbs canola oil
2 tbs sesame oil
2 tbs soy sauce
1/3 cup peanut butter

Recipe Directions for Thai Peanut Noodles

  1. boil pasta

  2. combine all sauce ingredients, melting peanut butter before whipping them together.

  3. lightly saute red pepper slices and sno peas

  4. combine all ingredients and sprinkle with cilantro and scallions
