2 oz Whole Grain Spaghetti
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp lime juice
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp ginger, grated
1/2 cup edamame
2 cups stir-fry vegetables
1 tbsp chopped peanuts

Recipe Directions for thai peanut noodle bowl

  1. cook pasta

  2. saute peanut butter, lime juice, garlic and giner for 1 minutes then add vegetables and cook 12 minutes until vegetables are tender.
