Recipe Ingredients for Thai Peanut Chicken Stirfry

1 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
4 tbsp chopped Shallots
2 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 tbsp Olive Oil
0.25 cup Peanut Butter, Smooth Style
3 clove Garlic
5 slices (1" dia) Ginger Root
1 tbsp Honey Squeezable
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Chicken Stock
1 tbsp Corn Starch

Recipe Directions for Thai Peanut Chicken Stirfry

  1. 1. cook chicken

  2. 2. combine chicken stock, honey, soy sauce, garlic, peanut butter, corn starch, stirring over low heat

  3. 3. add peppers, shallots, ginger

  4. 4. add chicken, & hot sauce to taste
