Recipe Ingredients for thai peanut chicken

8 oz raw Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
2 tbsp Peanut Butter, Smooth Style
1 cup(140 g) Spaghetti, Whole-wheat, Cooked
2 oz Dressing
1 cup Soup, Chicken Broth
2 serving Soy Sauce
2 cups Select Broccoli Florets
1 cup, chopped Carrots

Recipe Directions for thai peanut chicken

  1. heat 2 tbsp dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

  2. stir in remaining dressing, water, broth, soy sauce and peanut butter. Bring to boil. add pasta. cover. simmer 5 minutes.

  3. Add vegetables; mix lightly. simmer, covered, 4 to 6 minutes or until pasta is tender.
