Easy Crock pot high protein meal!

Recipe Ingredients for Thai Peanut Chicken

3/4 cups creamy peanut butter
4 T lime juice
2 T low sodium soy sauce
4 tsp chopped ginger
20 ounce chicken breasts
2 cups salsa

Recipe Directions for Thai Peanut Chicken

Put frozen chicken in crock pot. combine in a seperate bowl all the other ingredients. Stir occassionally and shred chicken at about 4 hours. cook for a total of 6 hours. serve over rice.
