Recipe Ingredients for Thai Peach Salad

1 tbsp Brown Sugar
2 tsp Ginger Root
1 clove Garlic
1 lime yields Lime Juice
0.75 tbsp Fish Sauce
1 tbsp Thai Chili Roasted Garlic Dipping Sauce
2 1tsp Olive Oil
1 1tsp Oil, Sesame
2 cup, halves or slices Peaches
2 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
4 cups Mixed Baby Greens
4 oz Cilantro

Recipe Directions for Thai Peach Salad

Mix salad dressing. Pour over peppers, greens and peaches.
