Pad-Thai style noodle dish with tofu and vegetables.

Recipe Ingredients for Thai Noodles with Tofu

125 g Tofu
100 g Mange Tout
60 g Rice Noodles
1 small Leek, Sliced
2 Scallions, Sliced
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Lime Juice
2 tbsp Fish Sauce
1 tbsp Honey
1 clove Garlic, Crushed
1 tbsp Sesame Oil

Recipe Directions for Thai Noodles with Tofu

  1. Mix together Soy Sauce, Lime Juice, Fish Sauce, Honey and Garlic and set aside.

  2. Pour boiling water on rice noodles and set aside.

  3. In a wok, heat the Sesame Oil and then add tofu and sliced leeks. Cook on a medium heat until tofu is browned and leeks are soft.

  4. Add rice noodles and Mange Tout and then pour over the sauce. Mix together and then cover. Leave to simmer for one minute.

  5. Before serving, sprinkle the Scallions over the dish.
