Recipe Ingredients for Thai Noodles

8 cups Napa Cabbage
3 cup carrots, shredded
2 cup zucchini, shredded
2 cup yellow squash, shredded
4 cup bean sprouts
1/2 cup cilantro
16 oz. soba noodles

Recipe Directions for Thai Noodles

Cook noodles as directed. Toss all the prepared veggies together. Serve a portion of noodles, a portion of the veggies and top with Thai Peanut Sauce.
