Recipe Ingredients for Thai Larb Salad

1 patty (4 oz, raw) (yield after cooking) Poultry Food Products, Ground Turkey, Cooked
1 oz Lime Juice, Canned Or Bottled, Unsweetened
1 cup, strips Peppers, Sweet, Red
6 leaves Romaine
1 clove Garlic
1 oz Mint
0.1 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh
1/2 cup slices Cucumber
1 tbsp chopped Onions

Recipe Directions for Thai Larb Salad

Cook ground turkey and drain. Add peppers and onions and fish sauce. Dress with remaining ingredients. Serve over lettuce and cukes.
