Hot and sour stir fry sauce - great with veggies or as marinade for salmon

Recipe Ingredients for Thai hot and sour sauce

1/2 cup Vinegar distilled
1 cup Sugars, Granulated
1 tsp Salt, Table
10 tsp Garlic
3 tsp Sriracha Chili Sauce
1/2 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Thai hot and sour sauce

  1. Combine water, vinegar, sugar, salt and garlic in saucepan over low heat until dissolved

  2. Cook on low heat 30 minutes or until reduced by half

  3. Remove from heat, stir in Sriracha

  4. Let cool to thicken
