1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
3 tbsp Fish Sauce
1 tsp Chili Garlic Sauce

Recipe Directions for Thai Grilled Veggie Lettuce Cups

Slice and grill the veggies. Separate and rinse the head of lettuce. Use the lettuce leaves as cups. Put the grilled veggies in the lettuce leaves. Mix chili garlic sauce and fish sauce together. Drizzle over cups. Enjoy!
