Recipe Ingredients for Thai Green Turkey Burgers

450 grams Turkey
125 grams Carrots
4 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
15 grams Thai Green Curry Paste
1 large Egg, White

Recipe Directions for Thai Green Turkey Burgers

In a Large bowl mix together the grated carrot, minced turkey, Thai green curry paste, and chopped spring onions. Add the egg white and mix together to combine. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into burgers. Chill in a refrigerator for 30 mins. Then heat the oil in a large frying pan and add the burgers. Cook for 5 - 7 mins on each side until golden or until they are cooked through.
