Recipe Ingredients for Thai Green Curry

1 large onion, sliced
3 sweet peppers, sliced
2 lb skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 lb mushrooms, sliced
8 oz pea pods
4 oz bamboo shoots, drained
28 oz lite coconut milk
1 oz curry paste
3 tbsp dark brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Thai Green Curry

  1. Saute vegetables with olive oil.

  2. Add chicken, curry paste. Stir.

  3. Add coconut milk and brown sugar. Simmer on low heat for 30 min.
