Fish cooked in spicy coconut milk with a side order of rice

Recipe Ingredients for Thai fish curry

130 grams Cod
80 grams Prawns
4 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 medium raw Lemon
1 serving Garlic Cloves
4 tsp Herb Blend
6 oz Blue Dragon Coconut Milk
1 oz Chilli
100 grams Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red

Recipe Directions for Thai fish curry

Blend herbs ( lemon grass and coriander),garlic, chilli, half the spring onions and a little of the coconut milk with grated lemon zest. Bring coconut milk to the boil and add the paste. Boil for three minutes and then add fish and veg and simmer till cooked. For extra flavour add lemon juice and a dash of soy sauce.
