Recipe Ingredients for Thai Dish 1/26/12

3 oz Bamboo Shoots
232 grams Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
150 grams Onions
80 grams Carrots
6 stalks Celery
124 grams Mung Beans, Mature Seeds, Sprouted
1 serving (Thai Kitchen) thai peanut stir fry rice noodles, whole box (155 g dry), prepared
15 grams Olive Oil
60 grams Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 cup Coriander Leaves
0.5 lime yields Lime Juice

Recipe Directions for Thai Dish 1/26/12

sautee chicken and onions in oil until cooked, add in bamboo shoots, carrot & celery & sauté until veggies start to soften; add red pepper & cooked noodles (boil water, add noodles & turn off heat--let sit until softened), splash of fish sauce, and spice mix; stir until well mixed; add bean sprouts & lime juice. Serve w/ fresh cilantro. You will need additional spices to cook the meat & veggies; also a splash of fish juice.
