Delicious peanut and red chili curry.

Recipe Ingredients for Thai Curry

6 cloves garlic
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp chili paste
1 onion
100 g uncooked egg noodles
1 tbsp canola oil
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup natural peanut butter
2 green onions
2 cups chopped broccoli

Recipe Directions for Thai Curry

Cook noodles. Mix first 4 ingredients and set aside. Saute onion until tender. Add marinade and broccoli and bring to boil. Reduce to low heat and cook for 5 minutes. Add peanut butter. Garnish with green onions.
