Recipe Ingredients for Thai curry chicken

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
2 small russet potatoes
1/2 c green beans
2 tbsp Thai chili paste
1/2 c coconut milk

Recipe Directions for Thai curry chicken

  1. Heat curry paste and coconut milk in a skillet.

  2. Add cubed, browned chicken, cubed potatoes, green beans cut 1 inch long.

  3. Cover and cook through.

  4. Server with Rice.
