Thai Curry with Broccoli and Tofu

Recipe Ingredients for Thai Curry with Broccoli and Tofu

398 ml coconut milk
1/2 tsp curry paste
1/2 cup chicken stock
2 tbs fish sauce
2 tbs brown sugar
1/4 cup fresh basil
400 g broccoli
142 g bamboo shoots
1 lbs tofu

Recipe Directions for Thai Curry with Broccoli and Tofu

Add 1/4 of coconut milk, curry paste, chicken stock, fish sauce, sugar and basil to saucepan and simmer for 15 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for additional 10 minutes.
