Recipe Ingredients for Thai Curry 1

1 T Garlic, crushed
1 large Sweet Onion
2 cups Carrots
360 g Boneless pork
1 medium zucchini
2 red bell peppers
960 ml coconut milk
5 T red curry paste
8 oz Mushrooms
1 T Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Thai Curry 1

  1. Cook onion and garlic until starting to be translucent

  2. Add chopped pork

  3. Add carrots

  4. when pork is almost cooked, add rest of vegetables

  5. after a bit, add curry paste and coconut milk

  6. simmer for a while til the consistancy looks right

  7. eat
