Recipe Ingredients for Thai Cucumbers

2 cucumbers, medium
1/2 cup bell pepper, red
1 pepper, jalepeno
1/4 cup onions, green
1/4 cup cilantro
1 tbsp sesame seeds
4 tsp oil, sesame
1 tbsp tamari
1 tbsp lime juice
2 tsp vinegar, brown, rice
2 tsp garlic
2 tsp ginger, fresh
1/2 tsp pepper, crushed, red, flakes
1/4 tsp salt, sea
1/8 pepper, black

Recipe Directions for Thai Cucumbers

  1. In a medium bowl, combine cucumber, red bell pepper, jalapeno pepper, green onions, cilantro, and sesame seeds.

  2. For dressing in a small bowl, whisk together toasted sesame oil, tamari, lime juice, vinegar, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, salt and black pepper.

  3. Pour dressing over cucumber mixture, and stir gently until evenly coated, Serve immediately or set aside for 15 minutes or more to allow the flavors to blend.
