Recipe Ingredients for Thai Coconut marinade

2/3 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup skim milk
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tblsp lime juice
1 tsp ginger
2 tblsp chili paste
1 dash salt, kosher

Recipe Directions for Thai Coconut marinade

  1. mix ingredients, blend in blender or food processor

  2. save 1/2 cup sauce, and marinade chicken or seafood for 20 min or longer (20 min only for seafood because acids make it soggy when exposed too long)

  3. serve with reserved sauce over rice or with some veggies
