I just winged this recipe tonight and it is tasty.

Recipe Ingredients for Thai Coconut Fish Soup, homemade

14 oz
3 tbsp fish sauce
5 oz carrots, chopped
5 oz celery, chopped
5 oz onion, chopped
345 g cod
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 cups

Recipe Directions for Thai Coconut Fish Soup, homemade

  1. Preheat pan and add coconut oil.

  2. Add veggies to pan and saute.

  3. Add fish sauce and stir in.

  4. Add fish (this is quicker if it is pre-cooked, I used frozen).

  5. Add coconut milk and stir in.

  6. Add chicken stock.

  7. Simmer till it is hot and serve.
