Recipe Ingredients for Thai Coconut Chicken

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 lbs chicken breast
12 oz onion, sliced
4 oz green bell pepper, sliced
1 1/2 oz orange bell pepper
2 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
1 1/2 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 tsp lemon pepper
2 tbsp Herb Blend
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 fruit+yields+44g lime juice
5 g Ground Fresh Chili Paste Sambal Oelek
13 1/2 oz Coconut Milk

Recipe Directions for Thai Coconut Chicken

  1. Heat oil in pan.

  2. Brown chicken.

  3. Add all remaining ingredients, reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 20 mins.

  4. Serve over rice.
