4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
1 cup uncooked bulgur
2 cups sweet potato
1 large green bell pepper
3 cups cooked kidney beans
1/2 cups light coconut milk
2 cups tomatoe puree
2 green onions
1 tsp ground pepper
