Recipe Ingredients for Thai chicken, veggie stir fry

1/2 cup soy sauce, (Yoshida's Gourmet)
2 tbls peanut sauce, (Sun Luck)
1 cup broccoli, chopped
1 cup carrots, sliced
1/2 cup celery, sliced
8 oz chicken breast, sliced thin
1 cup spinach, fresh
1/2 sweet pepper, sliced
1/2 onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 tsp ginger, fresh, chopped

Recipe Directions for Thai chicken, veggie stir fry

  1. steam broccoli, carrots, celery, onion, until crisp tender in wok seasoned with oil, ginger, garlic

  2. remove veggies and stir fry chicken in small amount of oil, after marinading in a small amount of the yoshida soy,

  3. combine sauce with all ingredients, heat and serve over rice
