Really wonderful flavors in a very easy to make dish. Easy on the budget as well!

Recipe Ingredients for Thai Chicken Thighs

1 1/2 lbs chicken, breasts, boneless, skinless
1/3 cup green onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 teaspoon ginger, ground
1 tablespoon soy sauce, low sodium
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon tabasco sauce

Recipe Directions for Thai Chicken Thighs

  1. In a bowl combine; green onions, garlic, hoisin, peanut butter, ginger, soy, sesame oil, lemon juice and hot pepper sauce.

  2. Arrange chicken thighs in an oven proof dish.

  3. Spoon sauce over the chicken.

  4. Bake in 375F degrees oven for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown and cooked.
