Thai Chicken Stir Fry Recipe

Recipe Ingredients for Thai chicken stir fry

250 g chicken breast, cubed
1 tbsp vegetable oil
4 tbsp fish sauce
4 tbsp lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
3 teaspoons sesame oil
1 1/2 red pepper, julienned
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
4 teaspoons red curry paste
150 g tomatoes, diced
100 g peas
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
86 g noodles

Recipe Directions for Thai chicken stir fry

  1. MIX together the fish sauce, lemon juice, sugar and sesame oil in a small bowl.

  2. HEAT a wok or large frying pan over a high heat then add 1 tablespoon of oil.

  3. STIR-FRY the chicken for 3 minutes then remove from the wok and set aside on a plate.

  4. ADD the remaining oil to the hot wok and stir-fry the pepper for 3 minutes.

  5. ADD the garlic and red curry paste and stir-fry for 30 seconds until the curry paste has dissolved.

  6. ADD the tomatoes and peas and stir-fry 1 minute.

  7. ADD the sauce mixture, scallion and chicken and heat through.
