Recipe Ingredients for Thai Chicken Soup

1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts
4 cups fat-free chicken broth
2 cups water
2 cups broccoli
2 cups snow peas
2 cups chopped red bell pepper
6 ounces uncooked angel hair pasta
2 tablespoons minced ginger
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 tablespoon lite soy sauce
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon chili paste

Recipe Directions for Thai Chicken Soup

  1. In a large saucepan that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, saute chicken for a few minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil.

  2. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until noodles are cooked and vegetables are tender.
