Recipe Ingredients for Thai Chicken Salad

6 cups romaine lettuce
2 cups chicken breast
2 cups bean sprouts
1 cup shredded carrots
2/3 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
1/8 tbsp red pepper flakes
2 tbsp chopped peanuts

  1. mix first 4 ingredients in bowl

  2. mix others on stovetop, boil, reduce heat, simmer

  3. mix

  4. add peanuts
