Recipe Ingredients for Thai Chicken

55 grams Beans, Snap, Green
250 grams Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
1 medium raw Onion Red
360 grams Carrots
5 clove Garlic
1 pepper Peppers, Hot Chili, Red
5 tsp Ginger Root
1 fruit (2-1/8" dia) Lemons
5 tbsp Sweet Red Chili Sauce
5 tbsp Soy Sauce
125 grams Coconut Milk
600 grams Chicken
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola

Recipe Directions for Thai Chicken

Clean and cut all vegetables. Cut the chicken. Mix ginger, garlic, red chili pepper, coconut milk, soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, lemon juice, salt and pepper to a sauce. Boil water for the rice (put the rice in when the water is boiling). Fry the chicken quickly in a hot pan (with canola oil) until it has a little "crust" then take the chicken out of the pan, into the sauce. Quickly fry all the vegetables in the pan and add the chicken and sauce when these are crispy. Let it boil for some minutes.
