Recipe Ingredients for Thai Chicken

12 chicken drumstick
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cumin
1/2 cup peanut sauce

Recipe Directions for Thai Chicken

  1. Heat oil in pan, add 6 chicken leg quarters, brown on each side with cumin.

  2. Once chicken is almost cooked add peanut sauce, turn heat down and cover, cook for 15 minutes.
