Recipe Ingredients for Thai chicken

908 grams Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
0.75 cup slices Carrots
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
8 tbsp chopped Onions
1 serving Corn Starch
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 clove Garlic
1 tsp Ginger Root
1 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
4 tbsp Sweet Red Chili Sauce
2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, Unfiltered, Organic
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
9 grams Sugars, Brown

Recipe Directions for Thai chicken

  1. Cook chicken. Add all chopped vegetables. Make sauce. Add all ingredients to sauce and heat thoroughly.

  2. Slow Cooker for 4-5 hours or stir fry. Note chicken can be precooked and frozen and taken out and added to this recipe already cooked. Can add peanuts.
