Trader Joes Thai Chicken Pizza plus sweet chili sauce, red onions, and pizza sauce, minus green onions

Recipe Ingredients for Thai Chicken Pizza

1 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
6 oz Peanut Satay Sauce
8 oz (1/8 package) Trader Joes Whole Wheat Pizza Dough
0.5 cup, chopped Carrots
1 oz Peanuts, All Types, Dry-roasted
0.33 cup, chopped Onions
2 tbsp Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
1 oz Sauce, pizza, canned, ready-to-serve
1 cup Cheese Cheddar and Mozzarella Shredded

Recipe Directions for Thai Chicken Pizza

  1. Preheat the oven to 425. Combine chicken and a jar of the satay sauce and place in fridge. While the

  2. chicken chills, take out pizza dough and allow it to rise for 45 minutes to an hour. Begin to shape the dough

  3. by lightly dusting a flat surface with flour, form the dough into a ball, and begin to push from the center

  4. out (it?s perfectly honorable to use a rolling pin). When the dough is in a rough circular shape, spread the

  5. remaining satay sauce on top of the dough. Sprinkle the mozzarella over the sauce and layer the marinated

  6. chicken on top of that. Complete by sprinkling with the shredded carrots, green onions and peanuts. Place

  7. carefully into the oven (if you have a pizza stone, all the better, otherwise a baking sheet will do just fine).

  8. Bake for 10 ? 15 min until the cheese bubbles and the crust turns golden brown. Enjoy!
