Sodium count is actually quite a bit lower than listed i came up with 900mgs per slice***need to tweak this recipe-culprits are the soy, dough, and cheese!

Recipe Ingredients for Thai Chicken Pizza

1/4 c peanut butter, reduced fat
2 T reduced sodium soy sauce
2 T rice vinegar
1 t honey
2 t canola oil
1 t garlic, minced
1/2 t ginger, minced
1/4 t red pepper flakes
11 oz pizza dough
1 c chicken, shredded
1/4 c bean sprouts
1/2 c carrots, shredded
1/4 c green onion
1 1/4 c mozzarella cheese
2 T cilantro, chopped

Recipe Directions for Thai Chicken Pizza

  1. preheat oven to 425*

  2. Make peanut sauce by whisking the 1st 7 ingredients

  3. Spread on crust, leaving 1/4" border all around

  4. Scatter chicken over sauce

  5. Top with veggies and cheese

  6. Bake 12-18 minutes til bubbly and golden brown

  7. Garnish with cilantro before serving
