Recipe Ingredients for Thai Chicken Pasta

12 oz fettuccine
2 cup red pepper, sliced
1 cup snow peas
1/3 cup green onion
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp light peanut butter
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
500 g chicken breast

Recipe Directions for Thai Chicken Pasta

  1. Brown chicken (cut to 1" pieces) in pan, and set aside

  2. Cook pasta, drain and keep warm

  3. While cooking pasta, combine all other ingredients (except chicken) and mix well. Bring to a boil then reduce to medium

  4. Cook 3 - 4 min until veggies are crisp and sauce thickens

  5. Stir in chicken and cook 1 - 2 min

  6. Toss sauce with pasta and serve
