Thai Chicken wrap minus the tortilla

Recipe Ingredients for Thai Chicken No Wrap

12 ounces skinless, boneless chicken-breast strips
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 Nonstick cooking spray
2 cups chopped broccoli
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

Recipe Directions for Thai Chicken No Wrap

  1. Cook chicken and remove from pan. Cook the rest together in the pan until broccoli is wilted.

  2. Cook peanut butter and soy sauce in a small sauce pan. Stir until smooth.
