Change pork mince for chicken mince.

Recipe Ingredients for Thai Chicken lettuce Wraps

300 g Pork mince
1 tsp chilli powder
1 onion
1 tsp Crushed Garlic
30 g red capsicum
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp water
2 tsp soy sauce
2 lettuce leaves

Recipe Directions for Thai Chicken lettuce Wraps

  1. In a grill pan, start browning chicken mince along with th chilli flakes.

  2. Stir in the onion, garlic, capsicum, lemon/lime juice, water and soy sauce. Turn to low heat and allow to simmer for 5 minutes or until liquid evaporates completely.

  3. Arrange 2 big lettuce leaves on a plate and spoon the meat mixture into the leaves. Can sprinkle with extras chill flakes if desired.

  4. Wrap the lettuce and eat as you would a burrito.
