Thai Chicken with Garlic & Pepper

Recipe Ingredients for Thai Chicken with Garlic & Pepper

2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1 soupspoon Oyster Sauce
4 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Palm Oil
8 clove Garlic
2 tsp Pepper, White
20 sprigs Coriander Leaves
1/2 medium Cucumber
2 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked

Recipe Directions for Thai Chicken with Garlic & Pepper

  1. Smash half of the garlic. Place the chopped chicken, smashed garlic, white pepper, oyster sauce and soy sauce in a bowl, mix and marinate in the refrigerator for 3 hours.

  2. Finely chop the rest of the garlic. Heat palm oil in a frying pan or wok and add chopped garlic. Fry until golden brown.

  3. Add marinated chicken and cook until well done. Add water when needed

  4. Serve steamed brown rice on a plate and top with the Chicken with Garlic & Pepper. Roughly chop the coriander and use as garnish. Serve with a few slices of fresh cucumber

  5. Add a fried egg on top, if desired (and if very hungry :))...Note...the nutritional data is without the egg.
