Chicken breast and broccoli stir-fry.

Recipe Ingredients for Thai Chicken and Broccoli

16 oz Chicken
1 tbsp peanut oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
6 Thai red chili peppers, sliced thin
2 tbsp lemongrass
3 cups broccoli florets
1 tbsp hot chili sauce
3 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp peanut butter
1/2 tsp ground ginger
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
1/3 cup chopped fresh basil

Recipe Directions for Thai Chicken and Broccoli

Heat oil over medium heat add garlic, lemon grass & chilis. Stir-fry 1 minute. Add chicken. Stir-fry 3-4 minutes. Add broccoli. Stir-fry 3-4 minutes. Stir togeher peanut butter and remaining ingredients, add to pan to blend. Serve with rice.
