Recipe Ingredients for Thai Chicken Balls

400 g ground chicken
1 tbsp+chopped shallot
3/4 tablespoon coriander seed
1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 egg yolk
1/2 cup vegetable broth
1 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Recipe Directions for Thai Chicken Balls

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the chicken and other ingredients
