Healthier stir-fry. Consider decreasing oil and cashews. Final analysis should be 9 points for 3 servings (probably more realistic). Making the changes--7 points.

Recipe Ingredients for Thai Cashew Chicken

16 ounce boneless skinless chicken breast
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons lite soy sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons sugar
4 cloves minced garlic
4 green onions
1/2 cup unsalted cashews
1/2 cup water

Recipe Directions for Thai Cashew Chicken

Mix oyster and soy sauces, garlic, sugar, dash black pepper and cornstarch. Marinate chicken for 30 minutes. Heat oil. Saute nuts and 1/4 tsp dried red pepper flakes. Drain and set aside. In oil, add chicken with marinade and add water for desired consistency. Add peppers, nuts, and green onions.
