Recipe Ingredients for Thai Beef Wraps

1 pound beef (ground)
1 small sweet red pepper, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
3 tablespoons ginger, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tsp sugar
3 tablespoons soy sauce (lite)
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 boston lettuce leaves

Recipe Directions for Thai Beef Wraps

  1. - Brown ground beef in skillet.

  2. - Add rest of ingredient except lettuce leaves.

  3. - To serve: place 1/4 of beef mixture in a piece of lettuce. Roll up and serve.

  4. *Can top with cucumber, mint, cilantro and lime juice if you prefer.
