Recipe Ingredients for Thai beef salad

1 head chinese cabbage, shredded
5 green onions
1 red pepper
3/4 cup chopped mint
3/4 cup chopped basil
3/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 3/10 lbs flank steak
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup lime juice
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Thai beef salad

  1. mix dressing ingredients

  2. Broil steak, let sit 10 minutes before slicing

  3. mix veg and herbs with dressing and steak
