Easy Thai Beef Curry, quick version with steak

Recipe Ingredients for Thai Beef Curry

350 g beef
2 tbsp lemongrass
3 tbsp onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic
1 1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander
1 pinch salt
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 cup rice
400 g coconut milk
6 peppers, chili hot

Recipe Directions for Thai Beef Curry

  1. Make paste

  2. heat a couple of soon of coconut milk in a pan

  3. Add 3 tbsp of paste and cook until fragrant adding more coconut milk to keep it moist

  4. Cook the rice in a seperate pan

  5. Add the rest of the liquid and season with fish sauce and sugar

  6. Add the beef and simmer until cooked
