Recipe Ingredients for Thai Basil Ground turkey with zucchini and green peppers.

16 oz Everyday Turkey
2 medium Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 serving Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 serving Ponzu
1 1tsp Oil, Sesame
2 tbsp Basil, Fresh
2 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Thai Basil Ground turkey with zucchini and green peppers.

Add olive oil to pan along with red chili flakes and garlic, once fragrant add turkey and brown. Add sliced zucchini until tender, then add green pepper, sesame oil and ponzu. Once incorporated finally add fresh basil (or dried if you prefer).
