40 g dried red chilies,
86 g galangal
26 g lemongrass,
28 g clove garlic,
60 g shallots,
4 Kaffir Lime Leaves
1 tbs lime juice
1 tsp shrimp paste
2 tbs water
33 g Cilantro

Recipe Directions for Thai Basic Red Curry Paste

Chop everything in food processor till paste. Add a little water if needed. Freeze in 12 ice cubes.
