1 oz ginger, grated
2 tbsp. fish sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 jalapeno pepper, de-seeded/minced
1/4 tsp. black pepper
3 tbsp fresh lime juice

Recipe Directions for Thai Barbecue Marinated Soy Curls

Rehydrate dried soy curls in warm water for 10 minutes and drain. Mix together remaining ingredients. Toss with soy curls and marinate.
